FACES Advocacy April 27, 2010: John Otenasek

John Otenasek is Program Director at VOCAL, an organization dedicated to giving voice for mental health recovery and to improving service delivery in the mental health system of treatment. Historically those who experienced mental illness could slip into despair and hopelessness. Now, with consumers joining together to tell their stories and to advocate change, hope and recovery are the new norm. VOCAL is at the forefront of a social movement to transform the mental health system by promoting recovery, self-determination and peer leadership. Please join us to learn more about the goals of VOCAL. Families and consumers are welcome to hear this message of hope.
