February 2008

FACES has been privileged to host Friends 4 Recovery, a consumer support group, for over a year at St. Marks United Methodist Church. Enclosed is a Needs Assessment Survey prepared by Friends 4 Recovery. The purpose of the survey is to assess what consumers and other stakeholders in the mental health field believe are the five most important factors that would promote and maintain recovery for consumers. For your information, stakeholder categories are listed at #7 in the demographic section of the survey. You may copy this survey if both you and your family member wish to complete it. We hope you and/or your family member will take the time to fill out this survey to help this vibrant group continue their mission of Recovery.

The information obtained on this survey will be discussed at the Focus Study Group which will meet on the regular Friends 4 Recovery Support Group night, the third Friday in February, 2008.
