Worry presentation will provide participants with practical understandings around where worry

comes from, what impact it has on our lives and most importantly, what can be done right now to

change our way of thinking so worry has less of a hold on us. We all deserve to have less stress and

pressure in our lives. Please join us to learn more about taking back control in our lives.


Tim Palus, Regional Vice President of Behavioral Health, Richmond, VA
Mr. Palus has over 26 years of hospital experience in the coordination, development and management
of psychiatric service delivery systems. Mr. Palus holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from
Duquesne University and has held leadership positions at the Behavioral Health programs at several
prestigious organizations in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA including the University of Pittsburgh
Medical Center and the Conemaugh Health System. Throughout his career, Mr. Palus has provided
clinical leadership to inpatient and outpatient programs that treat patients of all age groups across
both behavioral health and chemical dependency services. Mr. Palus has been speaking on the
subject of Worry and its impact of well-being for over 20 years.
